Friendly, personal atmosphere during our five day stay. Tidy room and a thorough Italian friendliness. Good breakfast! Bed mattress was perhaps on the “to do” list.

I enjoyed my stay at the Key Hotel. The staff was generous, the room was immaculate, my bed was cozy, and breakfast was spectacular. The location was very nice and quiet. Easy access to downtown and to the major roads. I will definitely stay at Key Hotel again.

Hi, It would be nice if you'll had some kind of tie up for drop-off to the Vicenza Fair, as the taxi is very difficult to find in the mornings.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! My family stayed here in their top floor apartment 52 years ago! Of course it has changed drastically but it is a very clean and efficient hotel. The breakfast was very nice and their recommendation for a restaurant just around the corner was highly appreciated. It was wonderful!! Also it was a short walk into the center of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel located near to Vicenza's historic center (10 minutes walk to Basilica Palladiana). Good breakfast with big variety. Free parking facilities directly at the hotel. Very nice and helpful stuff. Only a noisy ventilation device in the backyard of the hotel makes sleeping with an open window difficult.
